A fabric question

Is sail cloth an even weave fabric?

For the record I hate stitching on it.

Edit: I also thought it worth mention that it is a pre-printed kit.

For the record, I dont think its the same as what we traditionally call evenweave in the stitchy world, since that is soft and a pleasure to stitch on. i imagine sail cloth to be a bit rougher in texture.

That's a relief, because I have several patterns on my WTD list that are done on even weave and it looks so soft and pretty. This kind of feels a little softer then canvas. Very sturdy too.

I found out that I don't like it one bit. I am stitching it and grumbling under my breath the entire time. Luckily I am almost finished.
