Shopping problems

Hello all,

Have any of you bought online from Herrschners and if so have you had any problems? I bought two magazines from them several weeks ago and got an email to confirm my order that said my purchase was being sent to Wellington, New Zealand. A week later I got an email from them saying my items have been sent and that they're on their way to Wellington, OT. I sent them an email to have this looked at as I was worried my items were being sent to Canada and not New Zealand. I got an automatic reply saying they'd get back to me within 24 hours. Two days later I hadn't heard back from them so I sent them another email and again I got an automatic reply. It has been several weeks now and I still haven't heard anything from them. I've sent them another email letting them know how upset I am with their customer service. My boyfriend says I should try having the charges to my credit card contested

So has anyone else had a similar experience with this company?
